Plot Summary:
This takes place a few years after the events in the ROD OVA. In a street somewhere in Hong Kong, there was a detective office called "The Three Sisters Detective Agency". Recently they have been hired to escort and protect an author called Nenene Sumiregawa, who has writers block...and is looking for Yomiko Readman (AKA, "The Paper"). A short time after the I-Jin threat was dealt with, her and Nancy vanished.
Michelle, Maggie, and Anita all possess the power to manipulate and use paper in various ways. Michelle can make weapons, Maggie can make Golems, and Anita is skilled in close-quarter combat...though she hates books. This is the story of those 3 sisters and the author as they live their lives, try to locate "the Paper" and learn the truth about what happened to her.
